Cloudflare Managed Service Terms
These terms supplement the Silurian General Service Terms for Cloudflare services sold, activated or managed through Silurian.
1. Applicable Cloudflare terms
The Customer accepts Cloudflare's current Self-Serve Subscription Agreement and policies, the applicable Service-Specific Terms, and its Acceptable Use Policy. Zero Trust customers must also comply with the Zero Trust service-specific terms, including end-user notice and monitoring obligations.
2. Scope and activation
The selected plan, zone, account scope, included limits and price are those shown in the order. “Free” describes the underlying Cloudflare tier and does not promise automatic activation or unlimited Silurian work. Manual review offers are activated only after Silurian confirms eligibility, account ownership and configuration.
3. Customer control and configuration
The Customer authorises Silurian to perform the DNS, zone, security, routing or account changes expressly requested through the panel or support process. The Customer remains responsible for origin availability, application behaviour, identity-provider configuration, content, end-user notices and the effect of its rules.
4. Limits, metering and changes
Cloudflare may enforce plan limits, rate limits, usage charges and product changes. Paid usage is charged as stated in the order or metering schedule. Silurian will not represent a provider-side change as complete until it is confirmed or reconciled.
5. Data
Traffic, DNS, security and identity data may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver the selected service. Where applicable, the current Cloudflare Customer DPA supplements the data-processing terms.
