Silurian General Service Terms

Version 2026.07. These terms apply to digital services ordered from Silurian S.L.U. (“Silurian”) by the customer identified in the order (“Customer”). The order, these terms, each applicable product-specific document and the exact price and configuration shown at checkout form the agreement.

1. Authority and account

The person accepting must be legally able to bind the Customer. The Customer must keep its identity, billing and contact information accurate and protect all account credentials. Actions performed through an authorised account are treated as Customer instructions.

2. Orders, activation and third-party services

An order is a request for the configured service. Payment or order creation does not by itself prove external activation. A service becomes active only after Silurian or the relevant provider confirms fulfilment. Silurian may use the providers identified in the product terms and may disclose the minimum information needed to quote, provision, support, renew or terminate the service.

The Customer must also comply with the current provider, registry and acceptable-use terms expressly identified in the applicable product document. If a provider rejects an order, Silurian will not represent the service as active and will apply the cancellation or refund position required by the confirmed fulfilment state and applicable law.

3. Price, tax, term and renewal

The checkout states the currency, net price, tax, billing interval, initial term and renewal setting. Usage charges, carrier charges, registry fees and provider price changes apply only where the order or product terms say so. A fixed or annual commitment remains payable for its agreed term unless mandatory law or the applicable product terms require otherwise.

Auto-renewal may be disabled before the renewal cut-off shown in the account. Services that depend on an external provider or registry may require earlier action. Failure to pay or to accept a materially updated mandatory product term may prevent renewal but does not rewrite an already completed service period.

4. Customer responsibilities

The Customer will use each service lawfully, maintain suitable backups, give accurate provisioning data, obtain any required end-user permissions, and not use the service for abuse, infringement, deception, unsolicited communications, attacks, malware or circumvention of technical limits. The Customer remains responsible for its content, users, domains, configurations and instructions.

5. Security, support and availability

Silurian will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and apply appropriate security controls. Internet, carrier, registry and provider services can fail or change. Unless a specific service level is stated in the order, no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. The Customer must report security incidents and suspected credential compromise promptly.

6. Suspension and termination

Silurian may restrict or suspend a service when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal obligation, provider or registry instruction, or a material breach. Where practicable, Silurian will notify the Customer and allow a reasonable remedy. Termination does not remove charges already accrued or legal obligations intended to survive.

7. Data and privacy

Silurian's current privacy notice explains account and service data processing. Where Silurian processes personal data on the Customer's documented instructions, any applicable data-processing terms form part of the agreement. The Customer is responsible for its own notices, lawful basis and end-user permissions.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, each party is responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by its breach; neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any product-specific allocation prevails for that product. Consumer and other mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes and evidence

Silurian keeps immutable versions of contractual documents. Material changes that affect an existing renewable service require a new acceptance before the affected renewal or action. The acceptance record identifies the exact document, version, language, country scope and content hash shown to the accepting user.

10. Contact and governing framework

Questions or notices may be sent through the authenticated support channel or the contact details published on silurian.eu. The agreement is governed by Spanish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
